We bought into Coral Resorts one year ago, at Hilton Head, S.C, which really is RCI.
They promised that they would purchase a time share we had, giving us credit for that purchase, against the purchase price of joining the Coral Resort. They would purchase our Diamond time share within six months, and send us a check.
Well, it never happened. When we went back and asked about it, they refered us to Equity Sales, to the tune of $625.00, out of our pocket. Then Equity would send us a check. WRONG.
They also didn't tell us that if we used our points at any other RCI resort, it would cost us about $200, for each exchange.
We were supposedly given an owners week, that they would rent out for us, and send us a nice check. Wrong again. They said they would notify us in August about our desire to have them rent it out for us, never did.
They said so many lies, I would be here listing them for ages.
People, be so very aware of this company. Check the Better Business Bureau before every falling for this organization.
