I requested that my account be placed on hold do to myself being unemployed. I contacted Core Concepts on 2 different occasions that my account be placed on hold. I received a notification from y bank stating that my account was overdrawn due to funds being taken out. I cannot stop them. They will not return my calls, my emails. I am at lost.

These accusations are totaly false and completely ridiculous. Core Concepts and its employess holds themselves to the highest degree of integrity and customer service satisfaction!
