Cork Angelo Holdings, LLC Lender & Consultant LIAR Warren Michigan

I was refered to Cork Angelo by his  so called associate, Randall Rousse. They were advertising that they had one million dollars to lend out for real estate investing. They also said that they charged points or a flat fee on that borrowed money.  I had to pay for their services up front. They required a down payment of $500. (bad idea)

What they did next was that they sent me forms that asked simple questions about the subject property I was planning to purchase in order to rehab the building. This  took only a few hours to fill out and send it back to Cork. They said they would be able to fund me for the project.  I was very happy, at first, that I would be able to purchase the property in a very short time.

We had a conference call with the owner of the property about the contract, which I had already read, understood, and signed. The few days that I was supposed to hear from them turned into weeks, then into a month and 1/2, and then into 2 months. Before I knew it, the house sold to another party. I was very upset and called them immediately and demanded to know  what was the deal. By this time, I payed $1000 dollars to them. All they told me was that they were unable to help me. So, what they did next was they sent me to another "company" that they said will be sure to help me. So I had to fork over another $5,200 to try and make it happen. As it turns out,after all of this time  have gotten nowhere.

I called Randall and Cork again, and, this time I demanded a refund of my $1000. All they could say was that I should get a refund from the company that was supposed to help me, which they forwarded me too! and tried to shift the blame to the other company. They also told me that they were just consultants, which is a bold lie because they never ever told me they are just consultants, not lenders as was in the website that I answered.

I also found out that they sold me to NVS to be NVS's client for a fee! and if I got money from NVS in the form of a loan, Randall and Cork required that I would pay a fee on that loan to them! B.S.! Talk about being Frauds...!
