I got a letter saying that we needed to list all of the shareholders of the business and send the form back with $125. The letter looked like it came from PA state and gave a date that the letter and $125 needed to be returned to them.

This company is a big scam. Do not send them any money. They should be shut down. They perform no meaningful service to anyone. They are just scamming people out of money.
