The company or the scam artists will not return phone calls, they havecomouterized everything, they do not stick to their timeline. It's in all a horrible experience. I plan to begin legal action to receive money back as others have claimed to do. It's unfortunate that I was nieve enough to think there advertized services were authentic. Beware of countyimports.com

We are sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not been a good one. We strive for customer satisfaction with every sale. Our summer season was extremely busy this year with the raised gas prices. We state in our terms of agreement and FAQ that we try to ship every order within 5-15 business days but during our very busy seasons, it can take up to 21 business days to ship out and transit time frame depends on the customers location.
