To all who have been taken badly by either Landstar or CR England.
Take notice that OOIDA has filed a class action suit against both of them for exactly the same practices - overcharging, making up expenses, taking
money from salary to line their pockets, outright lying and damage to personal reputation after they leave their employment.
I urge you to get in touch with OOIDA who filed this class action suit in 1997.
Ten years of theft and deceipt and no one can stop the run away trains!
