Craig K. Maclachlan - Christina R. Kiehnle Bounced a Check of $80 owed from payment of Electric Bill ripoff Colburn, Coeur D Alene, Priest River Idaho

On Oct 17, 2007 I paid the following electric bill for said people, Craig K. Maclachlan and Christina R. Kiehnle, in the amount of $160.00 to Benton, WA PUD, Said persons paid me back half of amount $80.00 in a one month time period. Said person on May 11, 2007 paid with Check #1144 from NetBank a Check in the amount of $80.00, that check was returned as NSF.

I called the bank there is no money in that account. I have not been able to contact these people since for payment due. I have email copies of proof stating this amount is owed to me, and wrote by said people. As this was all done on the internet, the check was not phsically handed to me.
