credit connection auto sales trent, joe, charged me for repairs to my car that was not fixed. midwest city, Oklahoma

I took my car to credit connection to be fixed because it would not start at times and my security light is stayin on. So the first time i took it in, they ran a diagnosis on it and pulled like 5 codes which one was the anti theft system (security).

well the first time all they did was put a egr valve in for oil pressure and that wasnt even the problem and charged me a 100.00. at that time i didnt have the money so i told them to keep the car and i would pick it up on payday when i had the money. they told me to go ahead and take the car home. mind you this is my 2nd car thru them in 6 years and never had a problem with this company until now. and they guys were arguing with me saying nothing wrong with the car and it starts fine and that i dont know what im talking about.    

so i filed a bbb complaint on sunday because of they way they were treating me and talking to me like i was stupid. and before i even took it to there shop i had another shop look at it and tell me my computer was going out and its known in pontiac grand ams. so i tried telling my car place that but again i dont know what im talking about.

soooo. got my car back on tuesday the first time and on friday it wouldnt start again. so i called them back once again and once again they didnt see anything wrong with the car but security light was still on and not starting for me. they were going to replace the tumbler and see if that works, well the bbb got hold of them and they called me and told me to come pick my car up that they refuse to fix it because i filed a complaint on them with the better business beureau and still charged me the 100.00 for nothing. 
 
i will never get a car through them ever again, they have an F rating with the bbb. and wont fix anything or listen to there customers. and the 2nd time i took it in, the mechanic came out to talk to me and even said himself its my anti theft system setting it off which i tried telling the manager and other people. for them to treat me like sh** and i have never been late on any payment and have gotten 2 cars through them and they seriousle refused to fix my car. so i called earlier this week and asked if they could take the 100.00 dollars off my account cuz i wasnt going to pay it for my car not being fixed.

they said they fixed my car and asked why i was calling them once again, and i told them i wanted my car fixed. joe said i could pay 85.00 to have a diagnostic ran on it and i was like u already ran one a week ago and im not paying for another one when i know what the problem is. they are screwing me around cuz im a female but im not stupid and not ffalling for their crap.
