Creditonebank Credit One Bank Thieves and liars..... Las Vegas Nevada

Don't get this card, unless you love misery! They rip you off from the start. HARD TO UNDERSTAND indian sounding speakers ONLY at call center. They want to sell you an expensive credit protection program (they repeat this over and over and over again) and don't tell you that there is a 75.00 plus "signup fee" in additon to the high AUTOMATIC monthly payments - see other complaints here when really you need some protection against them. If you attempt to make a payment the day after you can't login to their system (they close at 9:00PM) they add a 24.00 or more charge to your bill that they can waive but will not. They ALWAYS press you for more than the minimum payment. The first thing out of their mouths (my very first payment) is so how will you be paying THE BALANCE today? They try to get you to sign up for an EXPRESS PAYMENT for 9.85 just to pay your bill. If you use a credit or debit card you MUST pay the 9.85 express payment fee no other option!  They are no help. They called me the next day after the bill was due repeatedly on a Saturday. I tried to pay after carefully explaining I could not log on to their website the day before but they kept gaming me wanting more fees and to collect the 9 hr late fee of 24.00. You can enter your routing number for your bank account but I don't trust this company one bit. You will likely lose some money if you let them have that the way they operate. Robert Knoxville, TN
