Credo Long Distance Billed us without authorization and refused to terminate our service when requested credolongdistance.com nationwide

 We suddenly and unexpectedly saw Credo withdrawals from our checking account for their long-distance service, which we do not use.  I thought this was a one-time mistake and disputed the charge through our bank. 

I then contacted Credo and told them we do not want or need their service and not to bill us again.  They said they would remove us from their records.  However, about a week later another charge appeared on our checking statement.

I had the bank terminate the latest charge and block Credo from further withdrawals from our account.  Despite Credo's "progressive" image, they have poor business practices and I would warn others from doing business with them.
