Crest Business Brokers, BB JAMES, William Robert James Misrepresenting it's Success & Does Not Pay Employees Shorter Alabama

Crest Business Brokers is falsely representing themselves. They say they have closed multiple deals and have a database of 100,000 buyers. They in fact have only sold 1 business in the last year and have a negative cash flow. The whole business itself has made only $15,000 in the last calander year. They only have 2 or 3 employees left and actually have underpaid 2 of those employess and have been unable to pay them the balance of $3,000 owed to them for the last 10 months because they have no money. Please do not let a company like this attempt to sell your business. They have no idea what they are doing. They will charge you a minimum of $15,000 to sell your business and 12% of the sale price if it is over the $15,000 commission point. They pay on avergae $2.50 per business a month to post your business on www.bizbuysell.com and see if anyone contacts them and hope they can sell your business from that. That is their "database" they are bragging about. Please go and do that yourself and save tens of thousands of dollars in commissions. I have many saved emails from the owner of Crest Business Brokers saying he has no money, never closes loans and even calls his clients names such as liars, racists and hillbillies. I will be posting them this week to verify all these statements. I will also include all individuals involved with the scam and misrepresentations made by the company. Much more is to come.
