Cricket Wireless1 they wont answer my complaint San Diego, California

Cricket back in June had a $30.00 rate i requested this rate but no paperwork was given on 6/25/10 well i was told the cellphone & wireless broadband monthly bill about $80.00 ok but on my first bill  my plan was a $50.00 plan with headset protection so a $50.00 plan with insurance and tax = $76.14  and my wireless broadband also with headset protection $40.00 plan = $55.79 after taxes  well the $80.00 bill is now $132.02 i got the bill and i called cricket on both my cell *611 & my home number i called 1-800-cricket there is no record i called and noone can access the transaction so i never paid my bill because i called and they denied i called anyway i got a postcard in the mail we forgive your past bill and free month at $45.00 now i wanted a $30.00 plan the official cricket store ad's no surprises on your bill so now cricket has no $30.00 plan  but a $35.00 plan and they say it's cheaper on taxes from $30.00 plan but my phone wont give me the full service of the $45.00 plan so cricket had a $30.00 plan i was told that's what i would get no my bill said $50.00 plan and insurance was also added without my permission  If no one will admit that cricket made an mistake and forgive the past and restart service at a higer rate this is bait and switch cricket get's you in with the promice of a $30.00 plan then no paperwork and with no surprise billing ad's all over the store so it's ok for cricket to lie and decieve people and then pad the sale with a higher plan and headset protection and deny you called to complaine and then have no record of the transaction lol i smell a cover up and legal lawsuite
