On July 9, 2012 I purchased 100 clear ice resin chiavari chairs and 10 cocktail tables for Larry at Discount Chairs for $5,140.00. Larry understood these items were needed for an important wedding on 7/28/2012 and they needed to be delieved on 7/27/2012 for the wedding. I repeatedly contacted him by phone and email and constantly go the run around about the status of my chairs..... from being stuck in customs and then I was given a bogus PRO number (tracking number with a trucking co) I even called with the trucking company several times to check the status of the tracking number!!
On monday 7/23/2012 remind you 4 days before I needed these items for my event. Larry calls me and informs me they cannot get to me in time. At that point I told him I needed and expected a FULL REFUND. He told me he would wire the money back to me.
On 7/24/2012 I recieved $3,000 of the $5,140.00 of my money back. Larry called me later that day at 7:52 PM and stated that the remaining balance of my refund $2,140.00 was to be wired to me and I would recieve it the next day.
It is 7/25/2012 9:47 am and I have not recieved the balance of my refund of $2,140.00 which is needed to purchase these items he could NOT provide for my event that will take place in 3 days!!
I expect a full refund nothing more and nothing less! I am tired of the excuses, the lies, and waisting my time on this. I just want my hard earned money back!!

Once T.W. decided on receiving a refund we sent $ 3,000 and the balance $ 2,150 three
days later. Total refund Paid. With over 14,000 accounts since 2002, sometimes we just cannot
deliver on time. No excuses, but T.W. does have all the Fund in her account.
