Cvent Update on Court Cases w/ Cvent as Plaintiff McLean Virginia

Just attended a Cvent event and am glad to find out the previously filed info on Cvent before signing a contract. The link information in a previous report does not work. The cases can be found at http://epwsgdp1.courts.state.va.us/gdcourts/caseSearch.do?index=index

This is the link to the General Court cases. Then select Arlington County and enter Cvent vs. [leave blank]. If you select Active/Inactive, you will find 52 separate case numbers, though in several instances there are two or three or more case numbers for a single defendent. Eight cases were dismissed, 20 were found for the plantiff and a number marked closed (these seem to be case numbers associated with either the dismissed or plantiff cases).

The attorney of record in the four I checked was a Jonathan Gelber and his fees, in addition to the judgments, ranged from $350 to $4233.33. The judgments ranged from $4200 to $12,700.
