13 months ago ordered Cybersonic tooth brush, have had 1 (one) set of new brushes,got through to them 1 (one) time in 13 mos. they charged s&h on my credit card, no tooth brushes, called credit card co. & told them...have heard nothing from either...Robert Ulrich needs to be told about co he is advertising on tv, if he doesnt already know......
