Company - Cybersonic
Address - 685 W. Victoria St., Dominguez, CA 90220 USA
Phone Numbers - 310-222-6906 or 877-369-5327 or 800-770-7525

I ordered my Cybersonic toothbrush over a year ago. I signed up for their program to send out every 3 month replacement brushes and tooth whiting gel. The payments were set up on my American Express card, last January I upgraded my card and had the old one canceled. Since that time I have tried to have these payments charged to my new card because American Express will continued to bill me on the old card until the company is contacted by me to set up the change.

Over the course of this year I have not been able to reach anyone at this organization with the exception of one time. The one time I did reach someone they told me I was not in their system and they could not help me, this person stated the company had a new data base and that might be my problem and to call back.

Needless to say I have not been able to reach anyone. In December 2001 I received my 3 month shipment and the payment was processed on December 30th. On January 10th I was charged again. I did not receive any product and should not be shipped or charged anything until March 2002.

I have tried to contact Cybersonic through their websites and also the numbers listed above. The phone number 310-222-6906 states to leave a message, but the mail box is always full, phone number 877-369-5327 refers you to phone number 800-770-7525 which states due to the popularity of the Cybersonic toothbrush as a Christmas gift they are experiencing a large number of calls to their Customer Service lines and the best time to call for low phone traffic is between 6am-8am and 4pm-7pm Pacific time, well guess what, you receive the same message hen you call during those times as well and I continued to call for almost 2 hours without speaking to anyone, just hearing the same message over and over, then being disconnected.

You can't update, cancel, inquire, or dispute charges. This company offers no Customer Service in my opinion, their product is over priced, as well as over rated for what it is just another electronic toothbrush with 2 extra gadgets.

I have a Braun electronic toothbrush and there is NO difference between the two on performance, the Cybersonic is NOT a better product. Based on my experience with this company they will NEVER receive any business from me again.

I want to stop the shipment, which I was told I could do at any time and the payment I was billed for with no product sent recended/credited to my account they charged to. I will no longer purchase any item without first checking them out throughly in the future.
