Cymax Rip Off, Make you pay even if you don't want it Internet

DO NOT BUY FROM CYMAX!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!  I do a lot of my shopping on-line and have never dealt with such rip-off artists.  The customer service I got was horrible.  I would send 8-10 emails before they would respond with no information what so ever.  I tried to buy an outside dining table.  They said it was made of Eucalyptus which is questionable at best.  The pictures on their site did not match up to what they sent me.  What I got was an orange atrocious piece of furniture.  As others have said getting shipping information and the product was not easy either, but that is not my big concern.  They sent me an inferior product and when I refused most of it at the door after the items arrived seperately, customer service would not help me.  Took me two weeks of trying to get my refund to get this:
"At this time, you are welcome to request the item to be returned to our manufacturer for credit as outlined in our Standard Return Policy. I have attached a breakdown of the applicable credit below.

Original Purchase: $ 490.00

35% Restocking Fee:  $ 171.50

Outgoing Shipping Fee:  $ 115.82

Return Shipping (for the table and bench): $ 97.72 you would be responsible for the cost of returning the 2 chairs you have received as well

Total Refund Due:  $ 104.9"

They say restocking fee on their site but 35% is ridiculous and gouging if you ask me.  Then they want to hit me with everything else and give me a refund of 1/5th of what I paid and i will have nothing to show for it.  They will never see my business again and I will let everyone I know not to touch this company.  Please stay away!!
