This is a joke.  This place does not offer what it advertises on their website, everything is a total lie.  First the simulators that they speak of, is a folding metal chair with a steering wheel, my daughter didn't even get to use it.  Second, there are so many hidden fees.  You pay the main cost about $400.00, then oh yeah, you pay again to register on the diving time website, then again to schedule with a driver, both about 20 bucks.  My daughter said it was a crock, so over crowded and no one really helps.  Also, the permit they claim to do, yeah right, once you pay and get there and the first part ends, they tell you, well, we can do it, but it will take weeks, it would be much faster if you do it.  Thanks!  The people are so rude and not helpful. And you cannot even schedule any drive time because the schedule fills up within minutes and you can only schedule one drive time per schedule, so hope you have time to schedule drive time once a week for the next 7 weeks.  This place needs to be overhauled, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Cypress Driving school is a Scam Dont Go There

AUTHOR: Savrina - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, May 11, 2015

I have to agree with the consumer that complained i signed my son up at Cypress driving school december 2014 for a class that started in January 2015 I paid over $350 and yes i was also charged an additional fee to schedule to drive. It is now May 2015 and my son has only had one i repeat one drive time. i am very frustrated I just stayed up to schedule his 2nd drive time only to see on the screen that my account has been deactivated because my son was charged $40 for a no show fee, now i have no problem paying the fee even thou he was not a no show he had lost his permit and took the paper one but they did not take him out because they said it had expired which i understood. but to deactivate my account is just wrong after i have paid all this money and now 5 months later only 1 drive time. so now i guess i have to wait a whole month to schedule another drive time. This place is a joke its badly run and now im researching for another driving school because at this point i need to get my son drive time so i preffer to put that $40 that they are charging me at Cypress driving school in no show fees to another school where my son can actually get all his drive time done in a months time or so because he needs to drive himself to football camp this summer that was the time frame i was working with, however if i stick with cypress he wont get his license until summer 2016.

Cypress driving school

This is the Owner of the school. Coach Adams. To anybody that read the message above I will give you $20 off to Show that my school does what it says it does. I do not think this lady even came to my school. If so come and pick up a full refund that the laws require me to give you.  I did have simulators at my school I Have a Letter from the state that they approve my simulators. Be more the happy to show you. I had the simulators in March or 09 and had over 250 students ride in them. We gave the students in class the options to ride in the simulators 4 times and do 6 driving live driving lesson. The other choice was to do 7 live driving lesson. The reason for simulators was a research project. The simulators were 15 years old after talking to the 250 students I learn there were helpful but need to be update. Now I will be more than happy to drive your teen on the one simulator I have in there just tell me when free of charge. Your teen will tell me exactly what the other students said it was helpful but I would have rather learn in a live car forum. I sold the simulators other to another driving school and have a receipt that they were gone in Aug 31 to get new ones with a stick shift on them. You can in my building in sept cause that is the only way you saw the two chairs next to the simulator that I still have in there.

The price for summer was 365 with a 20$ birth card that went out. So that makes is 345. The states fees which in on my contract you did not read and which the state approved. Says this there are two fee that are not my. One 5$ to DPS for the permit fee. Then 14.95 to Schedule2drive. which is does not go to me. So you are wrong about the 20 buck you say. which is not even close to 400$. Which  is a false claim about my company.

As for the permit, you have a choice to go the DPS of you have the choice for me to go. I go every friday to the DPS. As long as the dps say i am allow to go to the DPS. So do did not get your info correct on this. In the summer on the DPS is crowded. It takes 5 to 15 days to get you permit back. If you go you get the permit right then. I think you TEEN talk you into this. HE/SHE want it right then. Also if you remember the new laws were going to change. If you get your permit before Sept 1st you do not have to take the DPS driving test. So I ask any kid on Aug 29 if you want to take you permit yourself. Because If I take them you will not get them submitted before sept 1st and you will have to take the test. Here are my rules on drive times you did not read or even come to the parent meeting. Rule # 1 you read the message board notes on Monday. Why Monday it tells you the day I am going to release drive times. Rule # 2 go in on that day Rule # 3 if you do not get a drive time call or email me I will get you one or two. Rule #4. If you have troubles with drive times or have a weird schedule email me the night before and I will get you one.

Now if you came to my driving school which I do not think you did. You should of email me and let me know your were having trouble and I will be more than happy to get you a drive time. Anybody that has called me I have giving them a drive time or 2. SO WHO EVER YOU ARE please contact me to resolve this problem. I will be waiting for you Call Coach ADAMS.  Again you must prove that you type this I not going to give a refund to anybody that say they are you.
