OK, THE RECORD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. CHECK OUT THE LAWSUITS! HE MAKES A LIVING OUT OF SUING PEOPLE! THIS FAT PIG AND HIS WIFE DO THIS BUSINESS TOGETHER! LOL! THIS WILL CATCH UP WITH THEM VERY VERY SOON. You can only get away with this bulls**t for so long. He JUST RECENTLY sued the PENINSULA Assoc, the condo building where he and his fat wife live! He has a free attorney, more or less, who agrees to take a cut in the profits after each lawsuit is won. Innocent people just give in to this GREEDY PIG!

YES, DAVID GOIHMAN AND HIS WIFE, DOROTHY GOIHMAN RESIDE AT THE PENINSULA for many years. The poor handymen in this building don't even want to do a job for him since he pays them a grand tip of $5.00 for a difficult job at that, ask Santiago or anyone in the building for that matter. Now, the true definition of CHEAP AND GREED IS: DAVID GOIHMAN & DOROTHY GOIHMAN. Their poor l*****n daughter had to move back in with them...so sad for her! I mean, can you imagine what it is like to live with 2 PIGS?

THIS REPORT WAS FILED BECAUSE OF THE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS THEY CAUSED MY WIFE. As a man, I can handle disputes and stress. But when you see someone that you love being harassed by 2 PIGS, it does get you very angry. Also, filing a lawsuit against me and my wife is unforgivable. It was a malicious lawsuit with NO MERIT.

I am sure there will be many others to report this THIEF!

BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE 2 PIGS AND DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THEM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...WISH SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME!
