Dave Porter, of Morgan Utah, formally of Delta, UT, and St George, UT took several hundred thousand dollars from me promising a quick return from the sell of diamonds that supposedly were already in his possession. Turns out they never existed. After several months of trying to get answers he stopped returning my calls. Everything he said turned out to be a lie. Stay away from this man. Do not believe anything that comes out of his mouth.
