Whooaaa!  I was talking to my family in Virginia and they told me how they had reported a politically connected attorney in Virginia to the Virginia State Bar.  The case was dismissed by the Virginia State Bar stating that they had no jurisdiction over the matter even though the actions of the attorney politician were criminal if true.  It was dismissed WITHOUT EVEN AN INVESTIGATION AND IT WAS CRIMINAL IF TRUE.   Did you hear that?  

As I looked into the matter I found a very interest amount of information about the Virginia State Bar, Paul Georgiadis, Jim Mccauley, and some others who may or may not be at the Virginia State Bar any longer.  Apparently this is nothing new.  

One attorney was able to get the secret documents the Virginia State Bar writes to the individual saying they do not have jurisdiction, yet in another case they do have jurisdiction.  She has quotes of the bar stating that they do not have to follow the Constitution or precedence in when or if they decide to prosecute someone.  They don't even have to follow Subject Matter Jurisdiction.  So they can just pick and choose who they go after and for what even if it is not against any laws or rules of ethics.  

This attorney actually dug in the trash cans and secretly taped the Virginia State Bar on the phone and even in hearings showing they change transcripts, backdate and insert documents into the court record after the fact, and set attorneys up who actually figure them out and start talking and complaining about it.   

There is so much more to this that needs to be investigated, but apparently this attorney even got the FBI involved and they agreed that the Virginia State Bar is guilty of these things but did nothing to stop it so it continues.  The Attorney Generals in the state defended the Bar instead of those trying to expose this corrupt and rogue group.  

So just fyi, watch your back if you have to deal with any corrupt attorneys in Virginia because they will protect each other and go after any good and honest attorneys who happen to try to do right.  Check out the heroic acts of Linda Kennedy.  They came after her and she proved who they are and what they do.  I wish I would have known her and could have jumped on board.  We are in big trouble in America and especially in Virginia!  Bob Mcdonnell-ha-I was hoping he would make a run for president.  Not now.  He helped cover it up too.  

Someone in Virginia or nationally, needs to step in and restore this champion of justice Linda Kennedy.
