I recently joined this amazing site of penny auctions. You can win items way below retail price. You have to purchase bid packages normally .60 per bids but they are ALWAYS on sale for as little as .15 per bid. When you locate an item you want to bid on the game begins. Each bidder bids a penny at a time until one bidder remains and the item is sold for that final price.

I have spent $791 on bid packages in 5 days learning the site and how to bid to win. I admit it is fun, addictive, and I have won some great deals early on. Then the problems came.

My ultimate focus was iPads. This site is full of them ranging from 16gb with wifi to 64gb, also the mini iPads ranging from 16gb to 64gb. Some with the new retina displays. OMG this is fun and there are enough iPads for everyone.

The issue is that the server would crash. As the bids ran up the price of the iPads, bidders would drop out of the auction(I mean who would want to spend .15 for every bid and not win the product). Just when the auctions get up in price and down in bidders the site would crash and freeze up. Timers on bid clocks stop running. Try to load a new tab and the site says it is down for scheduled maintenance. With this many users using it, a facebook page for the company and the ease of updating websites there should have been a notice sent to users or posted on every page stating we will be down for maintenance on this date from this time to that time, but NO NOTICE!

When the site unfroze, most folks are busy working or handling household duties so you set up an automatic bid called bid buddy and your bids would be GONE! Happened to me several times. I emailed support and got the we will contact you within 48 hours. NOT

I googled the company for a phone number. I found a couple, left voice mails since no one answers the phone. No call back yet. I left 10 voice mails in 3 days.

100% guarantee so I kept buying bid packages knowing they would fix the issues and refund or credit my account or better if they honored the price point where I thought I was the winning bidder and allowed me to purchase the item. Since they haven't contacted me, I decided to post to their Facebook page. Dealdash responds to others about their wins on the Facebook page but not my inquiry of what the heck happened to my winning bid(I'm about to get to this).

So I actually am getting irritated by now and decide to photograph some evidence of the fraud. I won an iPad YAY ME! After the bugs and crashing servers, my name actually appeared as the winner. If you have NEVER won you don't have a clue of what happens next. When you win an item a popup window appears asking if you want to pay now or pay later. If you are in action on several auctions and need to pay later you can visit the link in your dashboard called "Won Auctions". I always want to pay now though. So I click pay now and at this point it should redirect me to a page that I can choose credit card or PayPal. For safety I recommend PayPal as they stand behind their buyers and sellers for protection. I clicked pay now and it redirected me to the homepage of dealdash.com website. Now at this point, I have already won several low value items and successfully paid for them, so I knew something was wrong.

I decide to check the won auctions link and OH NO, it is not showing up? I go back to the bid history link and it shows the auction(s) I have been bidding on and next to this item it says "YOU WON". So I am not too worried as I have a photo screen shot of it showing me I won, I have a photo of the popup congratulations pay now or pay later window showing I won, and I have a photo of the bid history link showing I won this item.

After an hour or so, I do start worrying that the item still will not let me pay for it. If you do not pay within a time limit you could forfeit the item and your bids spent to win the item.

I have emailed support@dealdash. I emailed refunds@dealdash, anssi@dealdash.com, matthew@dealdash.com, david@dealdash.com, eero@dealdash.com, chi@dealdash.com, sifo@dealdash.com, kimberly@dealdash.com, lari@dealdash.com, jukka@dealdash.com, shaun@dealdash.com, and OWNER william@dealdash.com but still no answer.

I called 888-749-4066 and left messages. Also called 855-883-3274 or 855-455-3325. You can leave a message at the 855-883-3274 number but not the last one.  I left messages on the companies facebook page and got reported for spamming their comments..LOL. So now it is time to get the public aware of the fraudulent tactics this site uses.
