This company has a booth in the Rockaway Mall . The sales people are extremley pushy to the point of obnoxoius. My young son was in the mall and the sales woman got a hold of him and talked him into spending $65.00 for his girlfirend, and was never told there was a no refund policy. When he gave the gift to her she didn't want it nor could she use it. When I tried to return it for him I was told that there is no refunds. I explained to the woman that my young son was not told that and he was pressured into buying the product. She said she remembered him (4 days earlier in a busy mall) and he wasn'[t pressured. The only thing she did for me was give me a product I'll use but couldn't really afford nor wanted. If the product wasn't opened and the sale was done to a young boy who was taking advantage of what's the big deal to give a refund.

Because YOUR claim of him being "presured" doesnt hold water. Unless they held a gun to his head and FORCED him to buy it, then all that is, is buyers remorse. As for NOT giving a refund. As long as it is CLEARLY marked on either the receipt or a sign near the register its perfectly legal.
Much like YOU they MUST follow the directives of the ppl who pay their checks. If the supervisor has said no refunds or the company has said no refunds then there are no refunds.
