Dell Financial Services, specifically the Preferred Accounts sets out to rip you off. When you set up automatic payments on their website, the default setting will make your payments 5 days late, which will result in a $20.00 late fee. Nowhere on their website does it tell you when a late fee will be assessed.

Also, unless you receive a paperless statement, the website will only every show you a minimum payment due that does not include past due late fees or interest. Therefore, you never pay the right amount and will pay only late fees for months before even noticing.

I will never use their company for anything ever again.
