denturesonline.com James Boyce, Rae Boyce No conscience. They take your money and ignore you Westminster Colorado

Made arrangements with denturesonline.com for dentures and paid $1,090 in two payments at the beginning of the process back in April of 2013.  After several months and a lot of frustration, it was obvious they could not provide satisfactory dentures.  I was told to return the wax try-ins and they would then send me a refund.  That was in December and still have not received it.  It is now over a year since this fiasco started.

Several calls, e-mails and letters have never been answered.  Contacted the BBB and they didn't get a response either.  Tried the Attorney General ofr Colorado, but they only represent the state, although they did accept the complaint.

Did some searching and found another "partner".  Spoke to him and was told he would take care of my request.  That was the beginning of March.  He no longer answers his phone and doesn't respond to e-mails and of course, I have not received a refund. 

Seems everyone associated with this company is corrupt!  Stay away!
