I have been sold a mobile home illegally. The sale of the mobile home to me and my family was a premeditated Scam & fraudulent activity. I was not aware that a Lien was on the mobile home prior to the sale transaction before we moved into the mobile home. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Housing and Community AffairsManufactured Housing Division in Austin, Texas. Entity who has indicated that WholesALES Home License was revoked permanently revoked as of 06/2012, and licensed expired 10/2012. Thousand of dollars for violations has been assessed. However, if community can contact this entity and provide evidence that Marci Clark has continued to Sell at least two mobile homes or more after the revoking of the license. Criminal charges can be filed. Investigator is currently working case. I personally have filed criminal charges against Marci CLark and am currently awaiting to see if it will be a charge that will be billed or no billed in through by the D.A. Anyone seeking to assist in obtaing compensation such as assisting in adding their claim of theft/fraud should contact the Hunt Co. Sheriff Department in Greenville Texas. In addition, an upcoming court date is scheduled for April 23 at 0930 am in Judge Sheila Linden court. Located in Greenville, Texas. Marci Clark having the nerve to file an eviction on me because I fail to give her an additional $2,000 as a balance for a down payment of the mobile home in which I am currently residing that she illegally sold to me. My spouse and I gave her $5,000 down. But since the moving in of the mobile home, we have foreclosure bank investigators coming and leaving forclosure tags on the door. Discovery of a Lien on the mobile home with another bank here in Royse City, Texas. We are unable to obtain a statement of ownership and location for the mobile home becasue Marci is not actually the owner of the mobile home in which she sold to us. "Em." We are currently living on the property where-in Marci Clark resides. In discovery and investigation. Marci Clark parents are the actual owners of all mobile homes and property. However, they all are doing business together under various assumed names. All and any who are willing to assist in legally having this lady put away in T.D.C is encouraged to come to the court hearing and or send mail/documents to my post office for the upcoming court hearing. Any proof of documents that will enlighten the Judge that this lady has hurt and caused a great deal of hardship and financial hardship to a large sum of the community. And she is still at it. Lets stop her please.
