Delivery driver scratched 90% of my brand new vehicle upon delivery. At first, the owner sounded sincere, apologetic and willing to help. When it came down to correcting the paint, the owner(Joe) would only cover the cost of a full exterior detail(wash and wax...go figure) and a paint correction for the hood only. Why the hood only??...I have no clue. Total cost was $135 from a local detailer. Joe sent me a check for $125.
So he refused to cover the cost of the paint correction even though he said he would. And on top of that, even shorted me $10. I'm not saying this guy is a scammer. But I have proof he's dishonest and only willing to help if the bill is very inexpensive. I guess he values saving a few extra bucks than satisfying a disgruntled client.
I would never recommend his company(Diamond Express Transport) to anybody. He ruined my whole car buying experience.
