Dieter Abt - Meteor - ChannelPort Communications Let go with out being paid final paycheck, fees for bounced paychecks, and unpaid earned vacation days Los Angeles California

 I was employed at a company that shared an office with Meteor Worldwide and Dieter Abt claimed to be a majority investor.  Dieter let the company fall into complete disarry based on his poor administrative decisions.  He fired the entire production team and the VP of Sales in November of 2012 and only replaced the production department.  Dieter was unable to communicate any long term plan for the company and eventually stopped coming into the office.    Eventually the company fell into such dissary that the majority of the remaining employees left due to the hoplessness of the situation. Paychecks started coming three to eight days late and bounced on top of that. It came to light that Dieter was terminating employees via phone calls and emails.  Soon after I was asked to work from home and then recieved an email that I would no longer be paid nor would I recieve my unpaid expenses or accrued vacation days despite the California law requiring employeers to pay employees all unpaid wages at the time of termination.
