`DigiExpress ANOTHER bad report on DigiExpress! Tarentum, Pennsylvania

Yet again another rip off report on DigiExpress.  Sure wish I'd read the many reports before sending my iPod Nano for repair.  The battery would not hold or take a charge, and when they returned it nearly 4 weeks later, it still wouldn't charge or come on.  They charged me $25 for a repair service and $10 for a battery- fair charges if it worked.  But it didn't, and it's no better than when I mailed it to them.  Customer service girl was very friendly.  I asked for a refund to PayPal of at least the battery charge.  She said they might be able to do that- but it never happened.  Avoid this place.  Sure wish I had.
