First off, Digis is advertised as high speed internet. On many occasions, the internet would not work or it would take so long that you would just get frustrated and not use the internet. I have seen faster dial-up than digis at times. Pretty pathetic when they are offering "high speed" internet through sattelite. When you call to get your system set up through digis they are very quick to install their product which is great. BUT when you have a problem it takes more than a week for a service tech to come and figure out the problem.
When i orginally signed up for digis the customer service reps were very curteous and nice and let me know that there was a 140.00 dollar rental fee for their equipment "which you pay each month". They let me know that the rental fee was 100 percent refundable. They did not specify to me on the phone that this "refundable fee" was a credit to your account nor did they let me know this when they installed the equiptment. We asked numerous times if it was refundable and the let us know each time it was 100 percent refundable. I sent an email regarding this to the support department at digis at the first of the month. The email was later answered a week after i had a phone conversation with digis saying that they will not refund my money. They were also very rude in the email due to the call i made and in the email they stated that AS I HAD BEEN TOLD BEFORE, they "refundable" fee was not going to be returned to me. I didnt recieve this email until the end of the month after i had made the call thinking they were never going to email me bacl. Once again, HORRIBLE customer service.

In the terms and conditions that you agree to you have to have internet access to view, it does state that this is a credit to your account. The service tech who comes to your house makes you sign a work order that you agree to the terms and conditions. The problem with this is that he does not have the terms and conditions for you to view. These terms and conditions are only avaliable on the internet. If we are calling digis to set up internet that most likely means WE DO NOT HAVE INTERNET.
Digis has HORRIBLE costumer service whenever you need anything or are calling to fix a problem, you sit on hold sometimes for a half hour and other times you just get frustrated and hang up. I would NOT reccomend digis to anyone, in other rip off report articles it states even to try digis you will have to pay 250.00 dollars. What a scam! With horrible customer service and supervisors nothing will get done.
