DIGITAL CREW NETWORK LIES, BROKEN PROMISES, LIES, LIES, DECEITS, NO PAY, KIM KELLY IS A CON ARTIST, A LIAR, DOESN'T PAY HER EMPLOYEES ON TIME seattle Washington

This company, Digital Crew Network was too good to be true in the first place. Kim Kelly, the CEO, Founder and also the Host of her show The Kim N' Good Company show is the biggest liar I have ever met.

She promises her employees so many things that wasn't fulfiilled. A few things that was very important as an employee, was Health Insurance. Kim Kelly, never once told us that our insurance became inactive. A few employees had to find out the hard way by going to the doctor and ofcourse receiving a bill. She never once confronted her employess regarding this matter and was led to believe that we did have health/medical/dental insurance.

She also promised her staff that she would provide us computers, laptops, camera equipments, but did she ever get those for us? Of course not, all her employess were using their own equipments. Especially her Cinematographer who provided his OWN equipment instead of her providing those things to do her shows.

Besides the insurance, equipments, this lady has been consistently late on payroll. till this day 5/28/2013, she has not paid us. she has been 32 days late on our paycheck. she consistently tell us tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. just lies after lies. she mentioned that we would receive our paycheck on 5/26/2013 which is a saturday and this is the email we received from her: 

"I was unable to get our checks this morning, as my bank is closed on Saturdays. I thought there was one branch in Redmond open but there is not. Checks will be distributed Tuesday morning." -Kim Kelly

Ok, first of all, if you know the importance of these checks getting to your employees, would you not make sure your bank is open?? aren't all banks open on saturdays?? yes, another lie indeed.

Tuesday is here 5/28/2013, did we get our paychecks? of course not. She moved it again for tomorrow Wednesday 5/29/2013. 

This lady, KIM KELLY, constantly lies and doesn't seem to realize she's affected so many lives. people have been evicted out of their apartments, people havent been able to bills due to this matter. she's not a good leader, doesn't have know how to lead her own company. Oh and last thing, she let go most of her employees that day she didn't pay us on saturday 5/26/13. she pretty much let everyone go one by one on that day, that day she's suppose to have our checks.

so please, if this lady ever approach you to work for her, please don't. dont let this lady sell you a dream because she's sooo full of it. so full of it, she believes her own lies.
