Never have I received such a pathetic product (rhubarb roots, supposedly) in the 7 years I have been ordering online! I have ordered nursery products before from other companies.

The rhubarb "roots" I received from this company were such a shock, I and my husband could not help but laugh. 

I am 72 yrs. old and I will not live long enough to see them produce enough rhubarb stalks to cut for use. I am very disappointed. 

I could return them and get a refund/credit but the shipping cost was 3 (three) times the cost of the product. My "bad" for even paying it and the shipping cost is NOT refundable.

Never will I use this company again and will advise my many gardener friends to stay away!

Burgess seed and plant four seasons,kelly nurseries direct gardening placed orders from 3 online seed companies and most are mixed up etc tracking numbers dont match the orders contents found out the 3 companies are all under one roof yet send out their own catalogs. big fraud bloomington illinois
