I, Cheryl Nelson, made several telephone calls this morning, 6/20/2011 to Diversified Consultants, Inc. and was hung up on three different times.
I finally did get to a human being with some manners, who I was able to let him know that difficulties I am having. DISABLED.    
I have no monies coming in my home, and at present working with the Department of Social Services hoping that I could get some monies in my home.
T-Mobile is a rip off. The reason that I had to discontinue with their services was because Iwas threatened verbally by a Mr. Thomas, "I'll make sure that you never get a phone again". That is when the nightmare started. Now my bill is up to $1,445.86. T-Mobile also placed a disconnect fee of $300.00 on the account before asking me whether there was a problem. I have always paid my bills on time. Unacceptable.
Now T-Moble will not speak with me but tells me to go to Diversified Consultants, Inc. A RIP OFF.
I would like for someone to look into this matter, because the way these cell phones companies are ripping off our citizens is ridiculous.  I am a tax payer and do not have any monies to being giving to T-Mobile, thousands to dollars. that is absurb.
The Attorney General should know about it and also the Better Business Bureau.
