donegal insurance company failure to handle insurance claim pennsylvania

 after being a customer of donegal's for 5 years, my car was run into and over by a tractor trailer owned and operated by a local company in an intersection that was posted that no such vehicles were to use.  this happened three wks ago. my car was drivable in the sense it still moved but the whole engine was exposed on one side with no functioning headlight.  i was able to drive it to the car repair shop and immediately filed a claimand stated i would need a rental.  the lady on the phone stated i had great coverage,,,that i get 20 dollars a day towards a loaner.  is that great coverage....not to me.  the auto body shop provided me with a free loaner.  i gave extensive information that day to the lady who took my claim.  i also had a police report number.  i was also found to not be at fault. to this day, donegal has not sent anyone out.  i repeatedly called joshua at donegal who was handling my claim and never got through until i complained.  then he was miraculously available. i told him i had a loaner from the autobody shop. to this day no one from donegal has attempted to look at my car.  three weeks!!!!! i am filing with the better business bureau.  i am also obtaining a lawyer to go after donegal and one republic...the insurer of the tractor trailer that ran me over.  i am very very unhappy.  with that company and my insurance agency...hogans that suggested them.  i use to have geico...not a problem..prior to that i had state farm...also a fabulous company.  do not use them ever.  they are happy to take your premium but that is all they are apparently able to do.
