Donna Goodman CON ARTIST, USES THREATS AS TACTIC, BEWARE! TAKES PEOPLES MONEY! New York, New York

The person that wrote this will be sued and is going to answer in a court of law. He came here, did no work, raised his prices immediayely, was totally aware that we needed done quickly (or we would have never used him), took first payment, then demanded another payment - which said would be paid when we saw some form of work done, according to our contract. I wrote out a check for the amount and stated that as soon as he was done with the small amount of work he needed to do I would hand him that check. He said he had to leave to meet his brother because he was afraid to go home alone on the trains! He then departed and without consent took the check. We called the bank but he had gone to a bank 1 block from us and had already cashed it! The bankers even tried to find him still on the street but were unable. I had an associate sitting here through this entire period of time. He offered to go to his home in LI and request the money back. Of course I wouldnt let anyone deal with such a person again! We did try to contact him but he never returned our calls and obviously was a scam artist. He didnt care about the contract nor 2 checks that had been cashed, BUT NEVER did ANY work for us!!!! We never owed anyone any money and he obviously doesnt have a job or life if he sits and writes such garbage... but keep tuned ... he now will be sued!! Wish us luck and hopefully to get rid of people like this.
