BEWARE !!!    DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO DO WORK FOR YOU, YOU WILL BE SORRY !!!

An 11 day job , turned into 35 Days and he could not finish !!

( contractor says he is 99.9 % done, not even close ) The workmanship is shoddy, the contractor very unprofessional and would argue and not answer When specific questions about the job were brought to his attention and just keeps saying wait until the job is finished, you don't know what your talking about. When concerns were voiced to him about the workmanship, he threatened to not finish the job  

Per our contract we were to make 3 payments~ 1: Down payment to start 2: for labor and expenses 1/2 way through completion 3: balance when job is complete.       We were asked for more money 6 different times so far because he could not afford To pay his helpers and buy materials.            The rooms were not properly contained and all the dust and debris went throughout the entire house.     We had to hire a professional cleaning company to come in and go through the entire house !!                                                               He would show up whenever he felt like it or not at all because he wanted to rest or In his own words.... "Was out drinking the night before" Every time asked when he would be done he would say in a couple days.                 

He would wait until I left for work and then would harrass my elderly Mother for more money !!

this was the first reason I fired him !!

Second was because he could not finish the job !!   Walls were crooked and he could not figure out how to fix it, he ruined molding, could not get a smooth finish on fresh drywall work, could not make simple cuts to get moulding to line up, would argue with his employees ( which were teenagers) was very dirty and unprofessional !!

When I asked him to leave he emptied an entire dumpster that held all of the construction debris onto my driveway !!    i had to hire a company to come and clean up my entire yard.

I took him to small claims court in Cheektowaga and won the case. ( second time he has been sued and lost )

when I see this man around town, he is vulgar, gives me the finger and cuts me off while driving.  

He is a JOKE  as far as I am concerned, he is nothing but a self taught handy man that has no skill whatsoever !!

He is a good talker and knows how to sell himself but when it comes down to proforming the work he cannot do it,

he doesnt know how , no skill !!

don't let him smooth talk you with all the tales of work he has done for other companies ..... He throws

"Morano Homes" name around alot   ( which I'm sure they would be mortified with !!  )

And his web site pics seem to be taken off other websites.

BEWARE ~~   SAVE YOURSELF THE $$  TIME AND COURT COSTS !!
