Beware of Drew Fenton, he will promise you the world to get your listing but at the end he won't deliver on his promises, he is in the business of getting listings and doesn't care about getting you the best price, he just wants a quick turn around so he can move his inventory. my wife and I lost a substantial amount of money because we dealt with Drew. We now work with a different brokerage in Beverly Hills. Drew Fenton is a crook.
