This dealership sold me a car that has been in accident and like many other stories I have found like mine , had found out during an appraisal at Carmax. This company did not tell me the car had been in accident nor did they tell me that it had frame damage. This company advertises they do thorough inpections and such in which they would have known about the damages. I am wanting to start a class act suit again them as they are ripping people off that are unaware of their scams. I have started a community facebook page in regards to my personal issue with them and in hopes to have enough evidence to go through w a case. I have next to contact the ca consumers affair, attorney general and BAR. Please add my facebook page 'SAY NO to Drivetime'

Class action lawsuit/drive time

AUTHOR: Isabella39 - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, April 24, 2013

This is my 2nd vehicle from drive time, the 1st one my transmission gave out after almost the end of the contract and of course it was a costly transmission repair with no help of drive time and then. Then I had purchased a 2004 Yukon 2 years ago, and always serviced by drive time contracted shops, my engine went bad last year the engine was replaced in 08/12 and this year it started making noises upon start up now, I am being told it isn't covered by warranty this is going to go thru the part or engine manufacturer meanwhile they did diagnostics I am incurring rental fees because I need to have transportation let alone the car payments due it is really shitty how they really don't want to help if it is surely a manufacturer defect mind you, a new engine put in August of 2012 serviced always and 20,000 after, the heads are damaged what's wrong here now it makes me wonder were they indeed replaced??? who's to know if there is a way I would like to join this class action suit. please feel free to contact me at (((ROR redacted))) today I spoke with a representative of said company that didn't verify my personal information such as my address and vehicle specifics as they always do all I was asked was my name and social or account number and I was given all my vehicle specifics along with the status of the claim I'm trying to have them pay for...... Without verifying that it was me.
