All of these websites use the same phone number (877-7-TVSHOW), but they operate under many different names, such as DVD Donkey, TV Addicts, DVD Avenue,and many others. They say they sell complete DVD sets of TV series and show and take your money, but NEVER deliver them. If you try to email them, you get a response bounced back that the email does not exist, they never answer the phone (only a repeating recording is heard), and they never respond to messages left on the website.

I ordered the complete set of all three years of the "Night Gallery" TV series on 19 DVDs. It never arrived, yet they charged my credit card for even more than the online total that was displayed. I tried calling them, emailing them and even left messages on their online message form, but never received any reply and never was connected to any human being on their phone line.

I called my credit card company and they promptly issued a credit, but said they would not be able to investigate this any further. They basically don't care if they lose this amount and they don't want to get involved.

I have found other complaints on shoppers' forums reporting the same ripoff and scam from the same companies.

To top all of this off, I did a more indepth internet search of published DVD databases, and only the first season of the "Night Gallery" TV series was published in DVD format in 2004 in a 3 DVD set! The product these complanies claim to be selling was never published, never made, and has never existed!!

Stop these scammers in their tracks. Do not order anything from any of these sham companies. They are only looking for free easy income and do not provide the product they claim to sell.
