MY DAUGHTER PRUCHASED THE E CIG. FROM HER BANK AS A GIFT, SUPPOSENLY. THE E CIGRETTE CO. PROCEDED TO CHARGE HER 69.00 A MONTH FOR FILTERS.

I CALLED AND THEY DID REFUND HER 40.00, BUT THAN CHARGED ME 19.95 FOR THE FILTERS ONLY, WJICH ONLY COST ABOUT 9.99 FOR 15 OF THEM. THEY WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND WAS RUDE, DID NOT STOP TALKING SO I COULD ASK FOR THE SUPERVISOR. THESE PEOPLE ARE RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS BADLY AND NEED TO BE STOPPED.
