I decided to try ecigs for 4.95 but I changed my mind after I received my starter kit so I called the customer service number and spoke to a person who was very difficult to understand due to a strange accent. I told him I wanted a return merchandise authorization number He told me about a deal for 29.95 I told him no he then told me of a deal for 19.95, I then demanded to speak with a supervisor he then told me he was a supervisor and before I could cancel I would have to receive a monthly order and then I would have to call and get a RMA and ship everything unopened and then he advised me to call back the following day. the next day I checked my bank account and to my shock & horror I had been robbed of149.95. My next step is to check with the state attorney's office, I don't plan on letting this go on like this plain and simple theft by deception
