Eddie Perez soliciting business under House of Décor in Van Nuys, CA went to my mother’s home a handicapped senior citizen claiming to be a licensed contracted named House of Décor providing a business name, address and contractor’s license number that does not belong to him. Goes in to your home after falsely creating this identity so that you the hard working honest consumer could allow him to conduct work in your home, work that he is not qualified to do and most importantly not licensed to do, once the consumer catches on that he doesn’t know what he is doing and you confront him about it he walks off the job with 95% to 100% of the job paid leaving the consumer with thousands of dollars in damages and unperformed work.
We contacted House of Décor in Van Nuys, CA and they are claiming they have no idea what Eddie is doing and are not aware and that he does not work for House of Decor. Make sure you check all these people out because House of Décor who claims they didn’t know who Eddie Perez was, sure knew how to contact him immediately after I called in to report the scam because after I called House of Décor, Eddie Perez started calling my senior citizen mother and harassing her along with some person named Mike a “paralegal” from House of Decor. It just seemed very odd to me that when I called in to report the scam the owner of House of Décor was not upset at all and somehow contacted Eddie immediately??? Please check these people out before you do any kind of business with them before it’s too late!!! My mother is out thousands of dollars.
