On May 15 2009, a home located in Phoenix, AZ, was bought from seller Eleazar L. Serrano, for an amount of $35,000.00, which was paid to seller.  A warranty deed was signed  by seller stating that he sold the property to me.  Eleazar L. Serrano,also know as ELS Investment LLC,  has committed "Fraud", he sold me a home , which he has taken out an addition loan from a company name Bond properties LLC.
