There has been many reports about these guy's not only here but other sites around the web. Nobody seems to care or want to do anything about it so I am assuming the role of leading those scammed by them to take action and file a multi million dollar class action suit.
Their trick is to go to courts and LIE! They tell the court they served you papers when they did not! (Read the reports here! This is what most people are saying) The courts then find in their favor, they sue you for the original amount plus 28% or more DAILY interest.

They send you a copy of the judgment (which in many cases like mine, from a court in a town you don't live in) and order you to pay. Most people panic and pay....thus creating a $30 Billion+ industry!
And if you do not pay, they freeze your bank account(s)and if you still do not pay they garnish your wages.
The people they have done this to are rising as one to bring this to the attention of government officials and the media. And will bring a class action suit. The fact that they are allowed to receive judgment in courts where people do not reside raises questions of corruption.
