Received a notice on a 3.87% which we qualified for a re-finace on our home.We presently had. a rate of 5%. Went through the process, paid $395 for appraisel and at the end we were told we did not qualify. People BEWARE!!!All they want is appraisal money. Our credit rating is 790.
