Empire Parking Services Booting, Towing, Property Management Atlanta Georgia

Empire Parking Services illegally booted my vehicle when it was legally parked in outside Rag-O-Rama in Atlanta, GA.  The physical address was 1111 Euclid Ave, Atlanta, GA.  The vehicle was parked in the stores parking spots, designated by the stores name in yellow paint.  My wife and I went in the store to do business, selling back some gently used clothes.  We parked the car at 4:14 PM, while my wife waited in the store looking around at other things, I went outside to get some fresh air.  When we left the store at 5:00, we found that our car was booted by someone from Empire Parking Services.  We politely asked why our car was booted and showed him the check/receipt we just received from the store.  He mentioned that we both left the store and did not show us any proof of us leaving the store.  Please note that my wife was in the store.  

The employee for the parking services also posed as an Atlanta Police Officer flashing me a badge with a City of Atlanta Police emblem.  I wanted to take a picture of this as evidence, but the employee would not let me.  I proceeded to pay the employee $75 since I did not want to sit in a parking lot all day with this individual.  Meanwhile, he told me I would be facing multiple felonies if I were to try to and remove the boot, he also threatened to have my wife charged with several felony charges since she was informing other people that they would be also be illegally booted if they parked there and went to shop in the store.  I did try and call the City of Atlanta Police department to see if the badge # was legitimate and they did not have the persons such name in their system.  

After the incident, I have made numerous attempts to call the company and submitted a dispute form on their website.  Everytime I call the # on the website I am redirected to a call center in Florida where no manager is on duty to investigate the issue.  The call center is not allowed to give me a physical address where I can write a written letter to.  I tried to look up the address on the receipt (please note there is no physical address on the website) and the building appears empty.

I will be disputing this transaction on my credit card or taking this company to claims court based on principle.
