employeegiftcards.org Gift cards at a discount Internet

This company offers gift cards at a discount for most every store from Lowes to on line stores such as Amazon.com. 

The only payment they accept is PayPal. (Safe, right!?). Initially I received an email stating my order was "pending". After several weeks, in which they did not respond to any of my emails, I became very concerned. I could not locate a phone number or an address. I initiated a dispute with PayPal. They responded to the dispute stating that orders could take up to 5 weeks, so to cancel my dispute. I did not do so. After this, they would not respond at all. I escalated my PayPal dispute to a claim. PayPal informed me that employee.giftcards.org had given them a USPS tracking number for my order, but I do not believe this to be true, as it was not passed along to me. PayPal then closed my claim, stating employee.giftcards.org said I had been emailed on line codes to be used. This is absolutely not true, and is not even what I purchased! 

In doing some digging on the internet, I found that this exact same scenario had happened to quite a few people. With this being said, I feel PayPal should be held liable also, knowing employeegiftcards.org does not deliver. I am out over $700.00. I do not understand how this website can still be actively stealing from consumers! 

At this point, I do not know where to turn, but beware of this website & do not think that you are protected from fraud using PayPal, because you are not!
