I did call these clowns at Entertainment Rewards. Like other complaintees, I was quite serious with the telemarketer and insisted on speaking with her boss. After a short pause, she stated she would refund the $9.00 to my account. I check my account daily, and noticed that they only credited the account with $7.00, I called them again and insisted on my other $2.00 again, they said tehy would credit the $2.00.

I also e-mailed Ticketmaster and told them that I'm going to contact some major networks about this scam and would name them as a co-conspiritor because they allowed these idiots to operate under there website. Sorry bastards...

There is steps taken to receive this program. TicketMaster states your purchase is complete and provides you with the confirmation number of the purchase. Below that is where Entertainment Rewards offers you a rebate on your next set of Tickets. You (the consumer) Clicked on continue to find out how to claim your Rebate. A new web browser opens and that is the "Terms and Conditions" page of the Entertainment Rewards program. 1. Second set of tickets must be purchased within the allotted time frame. 2. Fill out the claim form provided on the website www.entertainment.com. At this time is when you were offered the 30 day free trial to entertainment.com. It does clearly state that if you DO NOT cancel within the free trial you WILL be charged the monthly fee. It also clearly states that your email address is your electronic signature and will allow Ticketmaster to securely pass all the billing information to us at Entertainment Rewards. YOU entered your email address twice and clicked on the word YES in bold print stating your agreed to all our "Terms and Conditions". Once you clicked on the word yes you were directed to the entertainment website. NO mistakes about it.
