Epilepsy Foundation Do not give to the Epilepsy Foundation Nationwide

The reason I have the same rights as Dred Scott is because of Buck vs Bell, the 1927 Supreme Court decision which the Epilepsy Foundation has conspired all these years to keep secret and on the books. How could the Epilepsy Foundation have a stack of lawyers on staff, raise all those millions of dollars from the steady stream of referrals they get from the Surgeon General, and not have the first clue, unless it is because the Epilepsy Foundation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Surgeon General. How sickening it is that the Surgeon General routinely refers their victims to the Epilepsy Foundation, they take in millions of dollars in donations from well-meaning people, and, because of the Epilepsy Foundation, the world is even more ignorant today than it was in 1927. If the Epilepsy Foundation is not the most evil scam in the history of the world, please explain why you never tried to bring to light the fact that Buck vs Bell is the reason for all of the troubles faced today by people who had a seizure. Send me millions of dollars from the steady stream of referrals you get from the Surgeon General and see if I can come up with something better in FIFTY YEARS than um, excuse me, could you please only handcuff me in the front instead of behind my back when I'm already blue and choking? Come on, that is completely ridiculous and transparent.

Dear Barry, According to the head of our Legal and Government Relations team, Buck v Bell was effectively overturned many years ago and that subsequent case law giving women the right to choose replaces this position on mandatory sterilization by the state. The last state laws that allowed mandatory or forced sterilization of people with epilepsy or other conditions were repealed in the 1980s, and federal courts have also said around that time that no federal funds could be used to perform involuntary sterilizations. No mandatory sterilizations have occurred for many years. The Epilepsy Foundation's legal advocacy committee was a part of the effort to overturn these laws. The Epilepsy Foundation is of course an independent charitable organization, not related to the federal government in any manner.
