Ethio-American Insurance Company Ethio American Insurance are unprofessional and liars. Atlanta Georgia

My accident occured on May 27th, 2013 2:00 PM.  When one of Ethio Americans client, a local taxi cab company - American Taxi Company was in front of me at a restuarant entrance/exit.  He was already at the exit I assume waiting for traffic to go by.  After waiting for my passengers to load in, I reverse and start moving towards the exit.  Where I was parked it was maybe 40-50 feet from the exit.  Anyways as I'm nearing the exit slowly going pulling up to the taxi van.  Driver of the van all of a sudden throws his car into reverse and runs into my vehicle.  Of course at this point both parties unload their vehicles to check the damages.  We go through the typical accident proceedures of getting names,license insurance and police report.  Also get this,  I capture everything on my handy dandy dash cam.  Yes the whole incident was capture on video.  Also is stated in the police report.  I did not mention it to the Taxi driver for my own reasons.

Fast forward to Tuesday May 28th, 2013.  I inform my insurance and take it upon myself to call his insurance to follow up with his insurance.  Needles to say the at fault driver did not report anything.  No big deal right so I proceed to tell them all the details and provide all the info from the police report.  After providing all the info, I was given a case number.  A week goes by and I have yet to hear anything, no emails or phone calls no nothing.  At this point I call back see what is going on. 

So Monday June 3, 2013 rolls around I call into Ethio American to get a status update.  I get the name of the person handling my case May Rahn or something like that I could not understand the girl when she told me. Goes straight to voicemail.  I leave a message with all my info and reference the case number I was given.  I call in again on Tues days June 4th, 2013 to see if I can get a hold of the case handler thinking I may have got her when she was at lunch or something.  When calling I get directed to her voicemail again.  Ok now Wednesday June 5th rolls around and I finally get a hold of her,  she tells me she hasnt heard from their insured driver yet and they havent been able to contact him.  So I say ok everyone is busy so I give it a few more days.  This goes on eventually for about 30 days from when I contacted them to report the accident.  

Eventually after 30 days I believe they drop the case if nothing is reported from their insured or no contact can be made.  After multiple attempts to find out answers  I get the run around and also got hung up on from the case handler.  When I was told they would deny my case they said there would be a letter sent out explaining why it was denied.  It was around July 1st when I was told they would deny my case and them stating the denial letter.  Yet currently July 22nd, 2013.  NOTHING!!!!! was received in the mail in any form from Ethio American Insurance company.  And yes they still denied the claim even with them knowing about my dash cam.  

Right now I can file with my insurance(state farm) and pay my deductible and have my insurance go after them but who knows what luck they will have.  I have filed complaints with the State of Ga Insurance Commissioner.  Still awaiting their response.  

Looking at other ripoff reports with Ethio American.  There is eerily a identical report from another member.  Wish i was able to get a hold of him to find out details.
